The geek squad were so helpful and even though the fridge was so big they did a great job bringing it to my house.

Hope we don’t need it but feel safe with protection

Haven’t used yet, but the confidence in knowing any issues will be resolved makes it worth it.

I always purchase Geek Squad Protection. It is the best warranty on the market. I can make large purchases with the confidence that, if my item “messes up” or “breaks” it will be repaired or replaced without any problems.

I don’t like that we don’t get the amount of the protection back but still a good deal to get what you paid for item back

My item was delivered and left in the middle of my kitchen. I did not realize that there was a check box somewhere that indicated i wanted the delivery person to put the fridge in place and remove the packaging. Service has been a nightmare. I understand that we are all short-staffed, but waiting 2 weeks to get an appointment then another 2 weeks for the part to be replaced it ridiculous.

Probably never happen, but just in case it breaks down two days after the manufacturer's warranty expires.

They are always very helpful and willing to answer any question.

I purchased this policy because it was 1/2 price and was the same price I would pay to get a backup device installed in my car. So for the same money, I got the install and year of geek squad service. I saved on my Apple care too. If the price was 150 a year again I might buy it again.

We purchased this because the appliances are very important to maintenance and keep running, Best Buy is a trust company.

This is awesome. You can get your appliance serviced with little to nothing spent. I get all my appliances & TV's inspected & serviced each year.

They are trustworthy people ..they are very professional when we speak about handling all products issues

When I bought a 3-year plan, I wasn't sure that it was worth the price. After facing a series of computer and cell phone-related problems, the Geek Squad has proved worth the money.

The warranty is good but there are a few items you should red in fine print. As with my experience with broken TV, the item is taken and they can take time to repair it and you will be without the appliance for a few weeks. Bestbuy tries to sell it to you. Often unnecessary if too expensive. Take it if you must

I bought this when I bought my new refrigerator to ensure it being replaced/repaired if needed. I don't understand however, why I keep getting offers to purchase it again--as supposedly it's warrantee will expire shortly.

The usage area is very wide. It holds all the food and drinks. The cold water and ice machine works very well.
