What’s not to like it’s cheap insurance on a expensive item

Always get the plan on big ticket items. I know it cost extra but I have used these many times to replace items that have broke

My Refrigerator started to die after 11 months. I tried to claim the warranty and they said I had to go through Samsung directly. Samsung saw there was only 3 weeks left in the factory warranty and drug the process out 3 weeks, then said the warranty expires an passed the buck to Best Buy warranty. Best Buy then took 4 days to schedule an inspection, another 5 days to schedule a third party repair tech, and then another 10 days to order parts and get the repair done. Meanwhile, my refrigerator is no longer chilling food and I'm stuck without a major aplliance. My recommendation would be to avoid warranties on major appliances. It woild have been cheaper and faster just to buy a new one fue to lost food, eating out, time spent dealing with bureaucracy of insurance.

This a warranty. What can I say now? Wait til I need service and we'll see how good it is.

I always get protection plans when available. I only had to use it once on a different item. It's better to be safe than sorry.

Horrible!!! The water tasted bad after putting in a new water filter. Put in a work order, they came out and said it was the water line connector that's causing the bad tastes in the water. They do not services anything attached to the refrigerator. The warranty only covered what is build on the refrigerator. Replaced a new water line connector, the water still tasted bad.

I am glad and satisfied that with any problems I will have with my refrigerator, for a small price I will be covered.

Very happy to know I have the security of the Geek squad should I ever encounter a problem with my new purchase.
