Bought an expensive refrigerator and 5 year Geek Squad I purchased gives me peace of mind

I’m covered if anything happens... fridge was over 3500 and only came w 1yr warranty... all it takes is one little issue ... if it happens I’m covered

I have not had an opportunity to use this. I guess it’s a good problem to have

I am all about protecting this large of an investment. I think it only makes sense to plan for the future.

Got this for my refrigerator. Haven't need to use it yet so can't really rate it.

Bought a refrigerator from best buy outlet. It was an open box but was said to be still functioning. After having it for 14 days we noticed everything in the freezer had defrosted. Temperature reading inside the fridge said the freezer was at 0 degrees Fahrenheit but in reality it was at 60 degrees when i put a temperature probe inside. Geek sqaud came out 4 days later to repair. They claimed the gasket on the freezer was not sealing correctly cause it to let heat in. They then “repaired” it and later that night it was still not freezing. Had to call them again and now have to wait another 2 days to have someone come out again.

The whole purchase from beginning to end was seamless. I always get Geek Squad protection for peace of mind
