    I bought Whirlpool - 11.6 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Counter-Depth Refrigerator - Stainless steel and its started dripping water in center of refrigerator. I called Geek Squad they kept me on hold for 30 mins and they hung up. Just don't buy this piece of crap.

    This agent was hard to contact, then it took too long for them to send out help, then the help comes 2 to 4 times and still didn't get the frig. Fixed.

    Horrible do not buy loud grinding noise after a week of having the refrigerator exchanged it and same thing. If I could give it no stars I would.

    Geek Squad used a third party for a claim & then the part ($73.00) wasn’t even covered…ended up getting the part from Amazon for a fraction of the cost…what a SHAM & a WASTE OF MONEY

    Over all the extended warranty they have not fixed are fridge. Frustrated that we spend so much and it didn’t get fixed.

    do not buy protection plans at best buy / geek squad. They ask you to go and find a repair shop by yourself as soon as something breaks.

    Peeling Samsung microwave door

    Have a 3 year warranty on our Samsung microwave we bought fall of 2022. Less than a year later the outside of door began peeling! NOT covered by warranty!

    Make sure you are aware of all the ins and outs of agreement. If you purchase and use item at a business it is void.

    Bestbuy told me that I dont have any protection

    I called bestbuy to check on protection and they told me I dont have any I have paid $190 to samsung and other repair guys to get it fixed where best buy geek Squad should have taken care of it.

    Waste of money so far I have gone 2 weeks without refrigerator. Have 3 years of support and no working refrigerator. No hope of one soon either.

    I bought Geek Squad Protection Plan just for peace of mind, in case I need it. Now my refrigerator is broken, they can come to fix it. I told them just order part I can fix myself. They don't want to order part either. They told me to go to other website and buy it and install it myself. How nice.
