Haven’t had to use yet, but feel very comforted that I know it’s there

It’s sometimes hard to figure out stuff on your own, they help a lot and always have answers you need

Installed my refrigerator. It was not easy to get it into the house. But they were willing to trouble shoot when necessary.

We have a 5 year old and he is extremely independent. Fridge high is always frustrating for him, so we were excited to see the lower draw so perfect for his use, even for my mom (older people) is great! ALSO, this fridge lowered our monthly electric bills tremendously. It is so large that everything is perfectly organized. I even added thick paper towels on the shells so my cleaning routine is greatly minimized. We LOVE our fridge!!!

warranty's are always good to have even though you already get one with the Manufacturer. with this one best buy takes care of it for you if you have problems

We decided to purchase the extended warranty for our new Whirlpool Refrigerator. We are glad that we did. A friend's new refrigerator "went out" three years after purchasing it and they are happy to have bought the added warranty. --thomas B. Downers Grove

It is spacious, nice size compartments, but no outside ice dispenser. Other than that, i highly recommend it.

So convenient and glad I have it. It will be worth having this if anything goes wrong.

Worth the peace of mind in case anything goes wrong

Installed water line for fridge, new wifi and modem. I was told I would notice a "speed up" but nope, no speed up. I think that is more due to the fact that my laptop is old, old, old. There were 2 young men who came and they were very efficient and patient with this older female who is not very good with computers.

We purchased he warrenty with our new refrigerator. We have never had to use a Best Buy extended warrenty but seemed to be a no brainer. With the price of a new refrigerator and the manufactures not making them to last a fractrion of time as the older mechanical units, this gives some peace of mind when dropping a couple of thousand dollars on an appliance and the manufacturer only offers a 1 year warrenty.

This is a 3-year protection plan, as only two weeks have passed, I am unable to provide an accurate assessment. Seems okay, but time will tell.

The install of my Samsung refrigerator and haul away of my old one was fast and efficient

The warranty on this refrigerator was cheaper at Best Buy as compared to Home Depot and Lowe's for the same time period. I usually don't buy the warranty but I decided to get it because these refrigerators are supposed to break down after 3 years. I hope I don't have to use the warranty but if I do I hope it won't be a huge hassle.

We bought all of our new appliances and a couple of tv's this year and put Geek Squad Protection on everything! One of the TVs we bought went bad in the first week we owned it, and Geek Squad handled everything to get it replaced for us (even after the manufacture claimed it was not covered under their warranty). For people that think this is not worth the money.....sorry but you are wrong! Worth every penny!
