    Havent had to use yet but i never had an issue . I like that the olan is 5 yrs lowes went form5 yrs to 3yrs so wont be buying from them.

    My fridge was installed as ordered. The units were plugged in, plastic and packing materials removed.

    After I bought my refrigerator I noticed that most owners in the reviews complained that their frig failed soon after the one year warranty was over. Have not quite reached one year yet, and have not yet needed the extended warranty.

    I purchased geek squad protection for all my products I purchased. I was recently disappointed when my dishwasher stopped working and I called to set up a service apt. There was no one on the geek squad team that could service my product. I don't see a point in paying for a protection/service plan if they don't have technicians on their team to service the products.

    I had problems reverting what looked like negatives on all my pictures and computer, spoke to Geek Squad and went remote ! He was fast and very knowledgeable !

    Without a working fridge for at least 6 weeks

    We purchased a $3000 Geek Squad Protection Plan for a refrigerator. When our $3000 refrigerator failed after less than a year of use, BestBuy tried to decline service in lieu of recommending the manufacturer's warranty. I indicated I would file a small claims case, and they found an appointment for me. BestBuy was unable to fix the fridge on the first visit, indicating they would be back in a week to finish the work. However, a few hours before the appointment, the service technician called to indicate that all the parts had not arrived. He didn't know when they would arrive. (Incidentally, they shipped them to me without notifying me.) I called support and was told the parts were estimated to arrive in a month. While I had taken time off work to meet the tech, BestBuy knew the appointment would not be honored without notifying me. BestBuy also expected a family of five to go without a working fridge for 6 weeks. I asked for a replacement fridge. They declined. The Geek Squad protection was a waste of money and time.

    Freezer warranty

    Good deal on 3 year Geek protection plan. You never know when you might need a repairman and 3 years for no cost to you with this plan
