Love this protection plan. If we have any problems Best Buy is there to help make fixes or exchanges easy.

I bought the service and have never used it. So I’m not sure about how useful the Geek Squad really is.

It's a must you buy something that will continue to use protect it with a warranty so you don't waste your money.

The Geek Squad Protection is reasonably priced and I would recommend it.

The Geek Squad warranty is takeover the Manufacture warranty from delivery date it's not additional to manufacture warranty.

This service can be very valuable if you are not technically minded. For example, I had a screen issue with my iPhone and a small adjustment screw corrected it.

II hope i don't need the 3 year protection plan i purchased for my LG 33 Refrigerator wiht Bottom Freezer: however the plan was very reasonable why take the chance

My Refrigerator started to die after 11 months. I tried to claim the warranty and they said I had to go through Samsung directly. Samsung saw there was only 3 weeks left in the factory warranty and drug the process out 3 weeks, then said the warranty expires an passed the buck to Best Buy warranty. Best Buy then took 4 days to schedule an inspection, another 5 days to schedule a third party repair tech, and then another 10 days to order parts and get the repair done. Meanwhile, my refrigerator is no longer chilling food and I'm stuck without a major aplliance. My recommendation would be to avoid warranties on major appliances. It woild have been cheaper and faster just to buy a new one fue to lost food, eating out, time spent dealing with bureaucracy of insurance.

What a comfortable feeling knowing that Geek Squad will be right out if there is a problem. So glad we have this
