    2 times and can not fix the problem

    My fridge is making loud noise and call them. I bought 3 years geek plan. They come do some work and couple weeks latter the problem appear and it is become worse. Now not only it is making noise like a helicopter , it is not cold at all. I called again and they came fixing it again. One more month and the problem come back. It seem likes they can not do their jobs and try to play game with me. probably they want to make me give up and buy a new fridge which I will probably have to do this. Overall, I think no one should buy the geek plan. They do not worth it, The wait time for making an appointment is usually around 1 hour. and they can not solve anything.

    When the Geek Squad is not the Geek Squad

    The Geek Squad for refrigerators is subcontracted to appliance repair vendors who are not employed by BestBuy. In the case of my refrigerator they have unsuccessfully attempted to guess how to repair it so far 4 or 5 times. They order parts such as circuit boards, try them, and when they don't work they just put back the old parts and order other parts. Yesterday was the scheduled date for a 5th attempt. They did not call or show up. So far this has been going on 2 months. I tried to contact BestBuy about this today and got a recording that they are busy and try at another time. I have Geek Squad coverage for technology and it is good, but for appliances I do not recommend them.
