The geek squad has always fulfilled their obligation to our extra warranty when we needed to use it. They seem to always be professional. Equipped with good advice.

My appliances are only a few months old now and fault-free so I cannot give a review of an actual experience yet.

All I got was a receipt and no paperwork. The geek squad behind the counter told the clerk that is all I needed. I would like some kind of documents stating what is and what is not covered. Not really crazy on how the whole thing happened.
