i called about washer not working they sent a third party tecnician out. it was an 8 hour window wait on the day for them to come. they diagnosed the problem and had to order the part. and scheduled the repair for the following week. 4 weeks of the part not coming in and rescheduled repair appointments i had to call best buy back about the issue. they have now rescheduled me for another technician to come out with a 4 hour window to show up for repair. so im going on over a moth without a washer that i paid over $700 after the extended warranty.

Good vakue. They offer 20 percent off with total tech support subscription. I would definitely recommend this plan.

You never know when something stupid it's going to happen so make sure you get it warranty they don't even charge that much to have one highly recommended to get a warranty

This warranty is the first time we have ever purchased one from Best Buy. I don't want to give a five star until we need to use for the first time, however, sounds good in writing and was easy to purchase.
