I have used the Geek Squad's services only once on a broken phone screen. I stood in line, filled out docs and received a new phone by the end of that week. Painless!!!

NEVER BUY GEEK SQUAD Protection! It's a scam where they don't provide a contact number, a case number or anyway to follow up on a service call. Washer failed 6/12/25. Schedule Service for 6/16/25. Tech shows up with no parts, said it could be 3 parts that failed and he would order all 3 and return 6/23/25. Tech never showed. We have since spent 5+ hour on the phone trying to speak with anyone who cared, much less would help. We have spoken to 4 different Supervisors who promised they or someone would call us back and get a tech onsite. Still waiting......

So far never needed to use this service, but great to know it's available if the need arises.
