I purchased a 5 year warrantly plan on my dryer and called on 4-7-25. They could come on 4-9-25 but that day was not available and the next day that was available was 4-17-25. Be careful that when you purchase a warranty the lead time is what I call ridiciulous!! You can speak to a supervisor and they suggestion was to call back and get someone else. Mary in Pananma City refused to give me her bosses name . The dryer I bought was Whirpoll WTW5057LW and it NEVER drys a load on one cycle and I bought in Oct 2023 and now the drum does not spin.

Two glad we got the protection plan. We had to call them multiple times and spend hours on the phone with them but when my washer broke after only 3 years of having it they replaced if.

I purchased this to back up my new purchase. You never know when you may need this protection but one thing I do know is that if I have this BestBuy is there to help and keep me going. I always recommend this added protection and you should get it as well always!! Thanks BestBuy!!

Although i have yet to use the geeks squad service. I know and understand that i had to purchase this Geek protection with my brand new washer, i could easly rest knowing that if anything goes wrong with my washer. They geeks squad will be there to fix it.

The washer we purchased was faulty. A technician was sent out promptly and we are able to exchange it. Worth the protection plan. Otherwise we'd be in a bad spot.

This washer cleans very well and the basket is a nice size to handle heavy work clothes and get them clean.

Best value for 5-year warranty. Yearly re-evaluation of washer and dryer components and function always great and gives us peace of mind .

I purchased the 5 year warranty from Best Buy. The warranty is reasonable compared to other appliance stores and manufacturers warranty. It's great to have the peace of mind. Would recommend getting a warranty for your washer.

Geek-squad is great to have. I have them for my dryer, washer and fridge. They had people install all my appliances. They answer whatever questions I might have when I call.

I haven't had to use it yet on my latest buy. I have used it on a TV. They replaced it when it died.

Geek squad technicians arrived on time. They did their work well. After they finished to install my washing machine, they explain the basic procedure how to use the new Brand Samsung washing machine.'
