It’s worth to have any protection in life and Best Buy is best

Nice washer. Better then the top load that tears up clothes and uses less water. Syncs with dryer. So far so good. Got the 5 year protection because super advanced dryers break a lot.

I have always purchased Geek Squad Protection for my purchases at Best Buy. When I require service, I don't have to worry about a high repair bill because all costs are covered. If they cannot repair my product, then I get a free replacement.

I found this insurance to be cheap for 5 years. I had geek squat before and never had a problem and this is the reason I’m buying again.

I like knowing I have five years of using this product covered if anything goes wrong. I've had to use this service in the past and Its quick and easy to take advantage of.

The agent was nice and competent but the policy is crap. I had to wait 30 days to see if the part would arrive to the warehouse and if it didn't my washing machine would be replaced. The part never arrived so I got a new washer but we had to wait 30 days which meant going to the laundry mat until it was replaced. The CS rep told me I could buy a new one but why would I do that when I have a warranty policy? It made no sense.

Delivered my Washer in Dryer with not issues. Even though it's upstairs.

Not showing up for in-home service appointment. The communication is only with the call center and they look at the screen with the same information the you see online. The agents at the Gig Squad call center just follow the protocols that let us running around.
