This is an inexpensive, 720p TV, so the expectations should not be high. The picture quality is fine, and the TV looks nice enough. However, there are things I don't like: the Roku interface is irritating. When you turn on the TV it takes 8 to 10 seconds before anything appears on the screen (thus, it's hard to tell whether the TV is on), and then another 6 to 8 seconds for the Roku menu to load. Really, unacceptably slow. If you know what you want to watch on YouTube or Netflix, streaming is fine, but if you FF, RW, or anything else, response is irritatingly slow and annoying. I would not buy again.

I have awaited the Chromebook from Samsung and had extremely high hopes. And they DELIVERED! Seamless software does not even let you recognize the cross back and forth from laptop to tablet. Well done. P.S. DONT DROP INTO DEVELOPER MODE!

Have purchased Insignia for years now - own three. Best TV ever owned and always recommend to friends, family, or complete strangers looking at TVs while in Best Buy. Dollar for dollar ... the best TV bar-none. You will not be disappointed.

I love this tv. The only issue I have is that if the power flashes or the internet goes out I have to unglug the flash drive used for rewinding live tv, so the tv can reset itself. It will not go past the welcome screen until you unplug & replug in the flash drive.

i CURRENTLY OWN A 42 INCH INSIGNIA , THAT IS 15 YEARS OLD , AND HAS RUN ALMOST 24 / 7 DAILY , AND STILL WORKS PERFECTLY.................THIS IS WHY I SOUGHT OUT ANOTHER, WHAT MORE CAN I SAY , AMAZING PERFORMANCE AND LONGEVITY......

NIce picture but it starts up with a matrix where you have to click every time. I only use hdmi-1 but every time it goes to sleep it won;t just turn on, it goes back to the menu. Otherwise 5 stars

WHEN I came to the store I was told that this would not work with Spectrum. I bought it anyway and sure enough it did work. My only problem has been bandwidth with my internet. I love the product and Rated it 4 only because of the staff Did not know their product.

This tv was purchased on 1/8/2018 and has officially lost internet connectivity 7/2/2020. Didn't last two years, On the up side it has great color, clarity and sound.

Great TV! It's our second one, we have the 55" in the family room. Great picture quality and having Roku built in is a great feature, very convenient.

the first TV delivered had a cracked screen (delivered Wednesday before Black Friday) and was instructed no returns on Thursday or Friday but to come in ASAP. Easy exchange that following Saturday. Have had no issues with the TV since. Good buy for the price.

Arrived in a destroyed box so I immediately returned to the store for a new one. Unfortunately they did not have this one in store so I had to get a fire version. Still have a good rating based on previous Roku and insignia television experience

I bought this TV on Black Friday for $99 which was a great deal. The resolution is not the best, according to my sister but it works for me. This is my first smart TV and I'm glad it has the Roku support installed already. I'm in love with it

I highly recommend the insignia smart TV. It went live in just minutes. The price and picture was so great we were considering buying another one.

Bought this tv for a bedroom. The remote is small and simple. It’s a good little tv for the price! My only complaint is that the volume controls are on the side of the remote and I frequently accidentally mute or adjust the volume.

My mom bought this tv, an upgrade from the tube tv she's had forever. She's not tech savvy but this tv was easy for her to figure out on her own. It has great way to use features such as connecting an antenna and the picture is crisp.

Bought this TV for use in our guest room and it has worked out perfectly. Great picture quality, easy to use and affordable. Would highly recommend.

I’m no expert and i’m Not that demanding, but this TV is a great work horse. I’ve actually had it for several yrs now and it works just fine. I would definitely recommend it for others. Extremely reasonably priced too.

It was really easy to setup on my existing Roku account as well as my Netflix and Amazon prime. The size is perfect for a bedroom television, my only concern is that the remote is tiny. Awesome purchase for the price. Thank you Best Buy

This tv has all I needed for a bedroom use at decent price. Works as regular tv with antenna/cable as well as full set of roku apps. The only but small issue is that it takes quite a while to load the home screen after turned on (20-30s)

We have several Roku units but this was our first TV with Roku built in. It works great and it’s nice having everything on one remote. We use this in the cabin of our boat so I wish it would go a little louder, but overall a great unit.
