Good basic smart tv

Excellent Smart TV

We switched to streaming TV by individual Roku devices about 2 years ago. Our bedroom TV was old and needed to upgrade. We had reviewed smart TVs on line but when we went into the store we found this Gem. Great price for the size we were looking for. Easy to set up. Clarity is awesome.

I tried to contact someone regarding this was treated poorly and hung up on and never replied to my emails so at this point since Best Buy don't want to at least act as if there is a problem will start looking other places for my future purchase sad for the fact I have bought all my Tv's thru u.like the insignia brand Have no issues with product. But had to pretty much self serve
