Something is wrong

But The sound will go off the TV in the middle of watching something like the mute button was hit but it wasn't. The only way to fix it is to unplug the TV and wait several minutes.When using it to watch Netflix it just freezes in the middle of the show 9times out of 10 . definitely has some issues to work out.
