Sadly, when I went in to buy an inexpensive tv for our home gym and asked the young man if this tv would work well for our needs, he said, “sure.” He was clearly disengaged. I ended up returning the tv and purchased a regular tv and we are very happy with the Customer Service folks at Best Buy. Thanks!

Want to Like more

Very handy and easy to use. However, no matter what I do , I get very spotty reception. I have changed cable in hopes it was suddenly bad but no luck. WiFi works great. Really want to like this TV but cable TV is actually the worst I've ever experienced.

Will lose Wi-fi or is a faulty device

I went on Insignia's website & apparently the issue is it can't connect to wi-fi. I've done all of the troubleshooting I know to do and now I have to deal with customer support. I can't find my receipt from when I purchased the TV which will only add to my frustration. Piece of crap!
