Worked great for a year, and then it was down hill from there.. wifi an connect ing issues

This tv was great! We loved everything about it. Then one day it suddenly won’t turn on. I googled it and this is a common problem with Insignia. Tried every reset possible with no luck. TV is two years old and outside of warranty so have to buy a new one.

The remote was too small. Too few stations were received using a arena. Preferred a name brand over Best Buy Brand.

The TV is great. Roku works great on it and gets excellent connectivity.

Roku TV. This TV is ok but sometimes while watching TV or movies the TV will freeze and restart. Very frustrating

This is great tv especially for a kids room. Great picture and quality.

The TV is lighter than our chihuahua! And, it came well packaged, and on time. The set up was, well, awful. Out of the box it walks you through set up screens, which in itself, is not horrible. However, as you go through the set up, it wants to connect to your home network. That wasn't a problem. After it showed green check marks indicating that the network connection was good, it wanted to update the software (from what I can tell, it comes with no streaming apps already installed), then it couldn't connect to the update server. It makes you start that process over! It still couldn't connect of course. So it then gives you the option of downloading the software to USB. You had to figure that out though. I know without a doubt that people like my father would have had it back in it's box and on it's way back by now. Back to the set up... I go to download the software, it took over an hour to download a 55mb file! I know it wasn't our network. Everything else was speedy as ever, ran bandwidth speed tests, etc. So now we have the software on a USB stick. Now we go back and forth with codes and registering it when we install it on the TV. Now, we will have the ability to watch a TV we plugged in almost 2 hours ago! Nope. Sadly we were wrong. We now have to reconnect the network again. Then it wants to check for updates again. But, this time it connects to the Roku server. Yay! And it proceeds to download the software. Slowly. Very slowly. (Oh good grief! Kill me now! :-( ) I go take care of something else while we wait. 30 minutes later, it's at 70%... I come back 10 minutes later and it's still at 70%... Another 5 minutes goes by, and Bam!, it has a message that the connection was reset and to try again. It reconnects and in another 30 minutes, it has installed it's updates! Yay!! Now we can watch shows about murder! Nope. Now we have to set it up through Roku. Back and forth with internet website and codes, and blah, blah, blah. You have to set up a Roku account (NO! You cannot email me about promotions!). It wants your credit card, but if you scroll down, you can skip this step. Thankfully, or it would have gone back at this point. Got it done. Great! Now it's time for shows about murder! Nope! Ahhhhhh! Now you have to add the individual apps! At this point my husband is laughing, and instead of watching murder, I am contemplating his! So anyway, another hour later, it is finally set up! 3 hours total to set it up!!! Madness. So now we are past the set up. The picture quality is as good as you'd expect for a 720dpi. The interface itself is easy to navigate. I like how the remote has the volume on the side. It doesn't have a lot of buttons. What I found ironic is that the buttons have no written words on them. Only pictures. So it's a nightmare to set up, but they give you a simple remote. Good luck! I have been it IT systems administration for 18 years, so I sort of had a leg up, but if someone's Aunt Betty buys this, or gets it as a gift, well, I don't recommend it for her. Would I recommend it to a friend? Yes. I would. But I would give them fair warning. ps. It should be known that my husband is safe and sound.

REALLY GREAT PRICE. AND VERY NICE IMAGE QUALITY FOR A CHEAP SMART TV.

The plastic stands that came with the tv were cheap and I didn't feel confident with them keeping the tv safely standing up. I struggled to set up my cable with the tv and only able to get the hd channels. Difficult to set up. Overall great use of a smart tv

For the price, and size can't really beat the picture quality. It's a spare bedroom tv.
