One TV had a cracked screen from shipping. What I regret the most from this purchase follows. I was away on.a business trip when the items were delivered by ### or ### ##. It was 15 days after delivery I was able to open the TV's and inspect (plug in ). I found from the inspection one TV with a cracked lcd screen. Be sure to read the warranty portion of your purchase agreement prior to ordering from Best Buy. Most products have a 14 day guarantee with purchase. The moral of the story is : Always open your package and inspect for defects to your merchandise immediately after arrivial or you're going to lose your treasure to someone else.
