After that it wouldn't connect to internet. I bought the protection plan & when I called Best Buy they said they could have someone come out for $99.99 to hook it up for me!! I HAD IT HOOKED UP & IT QUIT WORKING!! My other option was to bring it back in to the store to have it checked out. NO thank you. I went to Walmart & bought a Roku for $29.99 & it's working great with that. I NEVER should have bought a "smart" tv and never will again.
