Wouldn't connect to wifi

I placed order on 11/17/17 to avoid holiday rush and paid extra for Tuesday delivery. It was delivered Tuesday 11/21 and l was home. UPS said No. I talked to Best Buy and UPS and told it would be delivered Wednesday~Not. Then told Friday delivery~Not. Called today 11/28, told maybe today or tomorrow. I can't get Best Buy on the phone. Guess l will be going down there to complain in person! Disgraceful service.
