Horrible customer service

My TV fell off a TV stand I do not know how I was at work. The screen was messed up and the geek squad manager was not helpful at all offered 30 off of a new TV! This one is new 14 days old! Used twice! I asked to speak to higher ups and he refused me! Horrible customer service..never will shop there again!

Serious Design Flaws
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This version of Insignia's 32-inch smart LED TV has two serious design flaws: 1) It cannot be attached to an older, analog sound system through the 3.5mm headphones port for stereo audio. I tried with 2 different TVs, and both had the same problem. 2) After a few days, the audio built into the TV began to fail, becoming weaker and weaker. Others have also commented that this is a problem.
