    This is the most craziest TV I’ve ever saying I have Google fiber which is $150 a month I can’t look up the regular Internet I have to stream TV shows and vice TV shows and programs that’s ridiculous I am returning it today

    Not your average smart tv, it's a Roku based Tv

    When I purchased this I did not realize it was a Roku based TV. The first thing the tv wants you to do is to create an account for Roku. I wanted a smart tv, not a Roku smart tv. I'll be sure to check the reviews from now on.

    Terrible TV. At first it was good and functioned but then just randomly it would freeze while watching Netflix and would reboot itself!! Not an internet issue but a TV issue. Poor quality and full of problems.

    No problems, until about a week ago, when the wifi would suddenly drop out. 14 months after purchase, a sinister 2 months after the warranty expired. I am not amused nor impressed.

    Its asking to setup WiFi connection every 5-10 mins, although network has good range and other devices are working perfect. Now using this TV just to project something from mobile.

    It seems like the TV is taking longer and longer to activate sling works terribly and other channels buffering a lot. For the price I guess it's OK but I would spend more and get a better TV next time.

    Bought it for my 3 year Olds bed room and works well for the price. Took a while to set up cause it kept freezing at first update. Worked fine after.

    We got through the initial setup only to find it will not show the picture, we then decided to restart, this time we were only able to get as far as the wifi password before it crashed again. We returned the very next day and got ourselves the Samsung. Will never buy any product made by this company. I went for this even with the bad reviews because the TV would not see heavy use, but showed no picture ever during the time that I owned it. More lemons than not.

    HDMI port malfunctioned after less than a month

    Had this tv for less than a month, used maybe only 8 hours in total spread out over 3 weeks, HDMI port went on the fritz, tried a new wire, different device and still not working properly.

    can not use it if you do not subscribe to 1 certain carrier. this was a gift for an older person and they do not want that service they do not know how to run it. not happy at all.

    Wifi is intermittent. Connects only half the time to internet, and disconnects when it does find the connection. I have 2 Samsung and and LG in the same home without issues.

    This TV worked a total of 24 hours. After 24 hours it would no long connect to the Roku. After 48 hours it stopped connected to the wireless. It is basically worthless. Do not purchase.

    After a year, the TV quit being able to connect to WiFi. In searching Google, apparently that's a thing with TCL TVs. It worked great for a year. Caveat emptor.

    Bought due to price on Black Friday, sat in box for 9 months, used it for about 2 weeks in a bedroom so total time of 1-2 hours, the WiFi connection stopped working.

    Had to return it and bought a different brand. Out of the box the screen was purple and no ability to change it. As I return it I'm told this happens a lot with this brand.

    I just had to throw this tv in the garbage the first of November. It fell off of a tv stand on a carpeted bedroom floor and the screen shattered

    The tv is very convenient, but I have many problems with it. Often, the tv will restart, lose connection to my WiFi, or kick me off of my Apps.

    Had to get the first one replaced because it stopped connecting to WiFi. Did everything to try to get it connect, but had to exchange it. Second one works fine now.

    You get what you pay for. The TV is functional. Speakers need to be improved. TV processor is very slow but overall it does the job for a very accessible price.

    This TV was awful. It could never connect and keep a WiFi connection. So frustrating, but the store was great about making it an easy return process.
