I bought this TV as a Black Friday sale for my 12 year old daughter. For less than 100 dollars you cannot beat this. I know its only 720p and 60 hz but for a teenager who just wants to stream some stuff this is perfect.

Fantastic price....a must buy for gamers whom also want 3000+ Channels via ROKU. It compliments gamers with its RCA type jacks to connect older game consoles and with Roku and its tremendous amount of both FREE & Pay for channels it is a BEST BUY @ Best Buy! The only drawback is the resolution....it is 720dpi where as most relevant Smart TVs are 1080dpi, however note, 1080dpi TVs DO NOT HAVE the GAMING connectibity for your RCA connections. I would recomend this for ANY ADVID GAMERS whom also enjoy ROKU with 3000+ Channels and need the RCA connectivity!!!!

I needed a TV for my room and this was perfect. I love that it already has the apps integration because we use Netflix a lot. Great purchase. The picture quality is great. Perfect size.

I bought this TV for my teenage daughter and she loves it. Whether it's Netflix or just streaming music from her phone she gets the most out of all of the features. For the price and features I feel this is a great buy.

Bought this TV to replace the old TV I had in my bedroom. Good size and good picture quality. Only issue is the power put on the TV; you have to hold it down for a few seconds in order to turn it off.

    Extremely disappointed

The TV broke the same day I opened the box. Initially it worked fine, but later in the day it froze on the home screen. Geek squad took it for two weeks and could not repair it. Instead of receiving a call or notification it was unfixable, I had to call Best Buy multiple times to receive an update. I am VERY disappointed in the service. When I received a refund, I decided to give this tv another chance. The employee said it was in stock and spent over 30 minutes looking for it, but could not find it. Please update your inventory system and not waste either of our time. Then Best Buy said they would deliver the tv in a week. It will be pretty much a month since the TV broke until I hopefully receive a functioning TV. Thank you so much for wasting my time.

The insignia 32' smart Roku tv is excellent for a small bedroom or dorm sized room. Me personally, I purchased it for my four year old son and he loves it and can work it better than myself.

Really like the Roku interface, very easy for mother in law to use! 720p is fine on a 32. Sound is actually not bad for tv. Very pleased with this purchase.

Sound alone on TV is very unequilized. The remote is unnecessarily small and the volume buttons are awkward on the side. Really have to play around with the color saturation. I was in a pinch, settled.

I have other Insignia TVs that work great. This is the first one I have purchased that has the Roku built in. Initially it worked great with no issues. Suddenly it stopped connecting to the Internet automatically (yes I checked all the settings) and I would have to connect every time I turned the TV on. Typically this takes about 5 minutes to do. Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this tv to anybody.

    Don't waste your money

I have been using this tv for over a year now. I only stream since I cut the cords at the same time which is why I chose a "smart" tv. This tv has been a huge disappointment, so has the Insignia 55 4K smart tv I purchased. Both are Roku TV's so I can only assume this is an issue with the built in Roku. For this tv, it has constant crashes when trying to switch between apps. Going from WatchESPN to Netflix, it will load a video in Netflix and then kick out to the home screen within 10 seconds. Sometimes it goes into a reboot cycle, rebooting 3 times before you can try to use it again. Another issue is this tv likes to drop the network connection. Especially while watching live sports, it will tell you there is no network connected, which is weird because the other tv, also a Roku, is still connected and working fine in the other room. And, this tv is closer to the wireless router. In order to regain a network connection you need to pull the power cord out and hold the power button for 10 seconds. Then plug the power cord back in and turn it on again. It will usually fail to boot the first time going into a second boot but then you should be good for a while. If I can offer any advice, save up a couple extra bucks and buy a known brand. The insignia smart tv's have been nothing but a headache for me and I wish I would have waited until I had more money available.

    Laggy and Poor Quality

This is a small TV that I mounted in my home office. It gets the job done, but very poorly. Internet connection drops in and out randomly, the TV freezes, and navigating with the remote has great lag to it. Don't rely on it too much. I learned about the "cheapness" of Insignia TVs from former Best Buy employees after the fact. This was a regretful purchase. I'd stay away.
