The TV is ok for the price, but over the course of the past 6 months the reliability of streaming shows has completely disappeared. Most apps are unable to stream a complete show; hulu lasts only about 3 minutes before it cannot connect, NBC sports lasts about 30 minutes before it stops. Use started initially fine, but has quickly trailed off. I'm already contemplating buying a new TV less than a year after buying this. It still plays DVD's etc without problem.

Great tv with good picture quality. I bought for my teenage daughter's room, and it's perfect for her.

I received this TV as a gift was was very excited about it. I had been wanting a Smart TV so I could watch my Netflix shows on something other than my small tablet. Extremely disappointed!! If you are watching Netflix or any of the other Roku selections picture is great. But, regular cable TV is horrible!! Our 15+ year old box TV has better picture quality. I wish I still had my old TV.

At first i thought it was the batteries. I replaced the batteries that came with the set, and the problem continues. Frequently, when i push any of the buttons on the remote, no response. It doesn't matter what range I am from the set. Same problem. If i push any buttons repeatedly, eventually it works again for a short while, and then acts up again.

I liked all the built in features and the picture for this size screen looks very nice/

You cannot beat this TV for it's price. A liitle slow at startup but easy to configure the ROKU is a plus

When hooked to an antenna for over the air tv the channel recption is ever changing. If you have, say digital channel 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 the tv will recieve 3.2 but not 3.3. The mext time you try it may get 3.2 but not 3.1. These channels are the same atenna strength and if one is recieved then the others should come in. They do not on this tv. BEWARE.

Bought this tv strictly for streaming Hulu and Netflix for my kids in their room as I didn’t want another cable box in my home. Tv worked great for the first few months but now won’t stream anything! It buffers or just straight drops out of whatever app we try to use. I’ve tried resetting the tv, reconnecting to WiFi.. everything. Others have this exact problem from reading other reviews. We have the fastest WiFi and have multiple smart TVs in the house. Never have any other issues with any of our wireless devices!!! Only this tv! Stay away from this tv! So disappointed. Will not be buying insignia brand again.

I purchased the TV online and picked it up at a local store. Everything was fine until I tried to enter my wi-fi network information. It would acknowledge the network, Internet connection, look for software updates then give me an error message that the software server was down or there was a problem with my network. My wifi network is fine. I have 3 tablets and 3 cellphones on it so when it's down everyone knows it! I looked online and found there are some possible solutions to the problem if it's a software/firmware issue but too much trouble for new TV. I exchanged the TV the following morning for a different brand.
