Garbage

It won't stay connected to our WiFi and the TV randomly shuts off and restarts. Now they want me to send it in for repair. How about a new TV or better yet let me upgrade to a better quality unit

T.V wasn't too smart!

In less than two years the T.V went bad. Then I am surprised to find out that the only came with a one year warranty unless you bought the extended warranty. It's a very low price smart TV; shame on me for not realizing I would get just what I paid for!!!

Flimsy Construction
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This TV screen cracked after one month. Cheap construction. The HDMI ports are in an awkward position. You have to lay the TV down on its screen to plug in the HDMI cable. The last time I plugged in the HDMI cable, it destroyed the screen after a light tap on the table. Get something sturdier and with a higher grade build quality.

No Picture Loop

The photo option on Insignia TVs have no ability to auto-replay pictures. We were planning on using this TV in our company break-room for displaying announcements. HBONow? More like HBONever.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I began shopping for a new TV I thought I'd buy a dumb tv and connect an Apple TV to it. When I noticed how cheap this TV was and that it came with Roku built in, I figured I'd give it a try. My two main streaming services are Netflix and HBONow. Initially, everything was fine, but at some point HBONow stopped working. I reinstalled the app several times, restarted the TV, even reset it to factory defaults but it the HBONow app refused to launch. I contacted Roku support, who told me to contact HBONow support. After initially telling me to do all the workarounds I'd already tried, HBONow support confirmed that there was a problem and that they were waiting for a fix from Roku. After a few days, HBONow told me to update the Roku OS to version 7.1. After many days and many attempts, the TV's Roku version remains stuck at 7.0.2. It's been weeks since HBONow has worked on this Roku TV and I'm very disappointed in this major flaw.

Flawed Design, Remote & Wireless

Consistent issues with Wireless and a remote control which requires it to be repaired continually. The TV requires power cycled from the wall power to remediate. Remote sensors sometimes won’t work in low or no light.

Love The TV , Can't Stand Roku!

You can't stream any show. You get tired of following the directions and resetting. It's not worth it. Taking this TV back today and getting the 32" without Roku. This review would have had a 5 but Roku sets it down to a 3.

This $200 tv I spent today left me down. I insert all of the apps that I use to watch Netflix PRIME AND IMPORTANTLY VRV. Trying to watch them in my own bedroom.

Does not work at all. Complete waste of money. I believe a TV should last longer that 3 months, even if it is a cheap product.

Great For Streaming Only!

My children loved that portion it I just like to watch a channels on cable. The tv kept telling me no connection. I'd reset, restart and all the above.. NOTHING! Called support follow instructions.. NOTHING! After 4-5 days of this I just ended up returning it. I don't think I've ever been more aggravated by anything in my life!!!

No Remote and No Screws for the Mounting Feet

And then Opened the box and found NO REMOTE FOR THE TV, Can't even adjust or program it! And NO Screws to attach the mounting feet! The bags were opened and re-sealed with out what should be in there..SOOOOOOOO Disappointed in this purchase!
