This not a TV. This is a ROKU only device.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This device cannot go to cable or antenna TV without a "paid" ROKU account. Requires constant internet contact, credit card and personal info just to set up to receive antenna tv or cable. Personal contact and internet contact must be maintained to use this or you are in violation of ROKU's eula and according to the eula ROKU owns not only the software but the device it is embedded in. I am returning ROKU's property, to Best Buy...

Flimsy base, now it's broken
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The tv was fine, but the base was very flimsy. We have been very careful around it, which is annoying. My husband walked past it, his shorts brushed against it (it was on a tv stand) and it fell over. When we turned it on, the screen looked shattered. We only had it 6 months, Best Buy would not help us and neither would the company. My advice, spend a little more.

Needs a screw driver. Really?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Apparently you need a philips screw driver to install this tv to the stand and the screw driver is not included. They should put in bold big letters that screw driver is not included on the stupid package. The best buy sales person didn't mention that either. I opened the TV box and i can't even use it now since I don't have a screw driver. This is so annoying that everything these days are packaged and I have to assemble. Now I have to go to a store to buy a stupid screw driver. Why can't they attach the stand and then package it? Seriously? Make things easier not difficult

Playstation Vue...No
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I should have done better research, but who would think that a new TV with Roku would not have the updated software? And from what I see its not going to happen anytime soon. I may be returning this item as Playstation Vue was the only reason for this purchase.
