Turned on long enough to register and start downloading 1 game. Shut off during dowload and wont power back up. Nothing illuminating indicating the power supply is charging the battery. Waste of time and money.

Very expensive tablet with not a lot of support or downloads. If you're gonna spend this much just buy a tablet....you'll get 5,000 more games, this thing has like 25 tops.

Way too expensive for what it is. Not worth almost 1000 dollars. Just stick with the real board games for a fraction of the price.

This game table is great for game night! Rather than bringing out multiple boxes of games, you can play them with a few clicks.

Meets expectations

Got as a holiday gift from my husband after mentioning having seen in online. It meets expectations and I would recommend for the right family.
Ours is a family of 5 with ages 5-45. We own closets full of board games and thought this was a great way to get rid of some and free up some closet space.
My first thought was ‘I can get rid of all the games that my 5 year old loves’ and I can, but I also feel like for a younger child there are still benefits to playing with an actual game. For learning colors, the spinner on Candy Land does the job, but it would be nice to also have the option to having manipulatives to purchase and then override game settings. Same with Chute and Ladders - spinner works great, but it autocounts the spaces and I would love to have an actual spinner and Mae the kid count. Mine knows colors and shapes, but for younger kids I would still stick with the actual board games.
Monopoly is great, and I can’t wait to download Ticket to Ride, it saves so much time on game set-up. I would love to see more card games and more of the difficult to set-up games with lots of pieces - Minecraft Builder and Biomes is a family favorite and would be phenomenal on this game table! But again, for something like Monopoly I wouldn’t mind passing a set of dice around the table and would love to see this as an update option in the settings menu.
I was very impressed with the house rules for options for each game, there are tons of options to change the games depending on age/skill levels., which is great.
Personally, I wanted to wait on purchasing, because I’d like to see what the future holds for it. There’s so much potential to the device and I’d love to see where it goes. It could definitely be developed for more educational games or other uses, but apparently my husband wanted in now! I don’t think now is the wrong decision.
So…couple of things…1- if you are thinking the legs will easily pop on/off so you can use it sometimes on the table, forget it. Leg removal is a two person job, and if you assemble it wrong, even harder to fix. I would like to see the legs being a little easier to remove. 2- some of the games require things to be hidden from other players. There are shield they give you, but it would be amazing if there was an interface to a phone/tablet to see them. 3- some of the music/sound effects are a little annoying (and I’ve seen lots of reviews with complaints) but it can be turned off in each game which I appreciate, or there is volume control.
Overall, it definitely meets my expectations. It’s very heavy and seems durable, but it will be interesting to see how long the components last and where development goes on things available in the shop for it. I feel like this is fairly early on in development and the next version of this could be even better and the games available could get even better over time depending on who all gets on board with game development.

For $1000, I expected better.

My kids do love this game table, and if it was $300 or even $500 I'd have no complaints. But for $1000, I really expected better. First, the processor isn't near fast enough. It's fine for board games, but the lag on the real time games is really unacceptable. Second, the power supply. Instead of having an internal power supply, it has a very bulky, cheap 12V power brick that plugs right into the side of the table, right at the midline. It's a really bad eyesore but worse it's right where your knee hits it constantly. Every time your knee touches the barrel connector the whole table shuts off and your game is ruined. It happens ALL THE TIME! It's so bad, that as soon as the warranty period expires I'm hacking this thing open and installing an unternal power supply. Like they should have to begin with.

Fun for the whole family. Could have more games to download, but they claim they will be adding more. A little pricey for the amount of games currently, so I really hope they live up to their expectations.

Bought this for my family of 7 (we have two six your olds). Our oldest was the most excited. We have played Monopoly, Battleship, Life, and wheel of fortune as a family. The kids favorite is Guess Who.
