We bought this table for Christmas, in the middle of a game last week it just died. We called Best Buy but we were one day past the return window and they wouldn’t take it back. Reached out to the manufacturer who states they can’t troubleshoot it and return it to Best Buy. So basically, unless someone steps up, we have a $1,000.00 piece of junk. How disappointing.

For a gaming system that costs $1000 in this finacial climate its not worth it. Better to buy the kids a PS5, Xbox or amazon tablets. After paying $1000 they want you to pay for games most are going to want to pay. The free games for $1000 tablet is not worth it. If you have the money to spend i would look for something else for Christmas

Game will not work. Message says to connect to internet, but the game cannot find the internet. No customer support number, just a website addresa where no one responds. I wasted 1000.00

Games we’ve played so far are terrible and disappointing. Operation is just “slide your finger through a maze”. Sorry game disappointing also. I tried to return but you only have 15 days and the manager also said something about the box being opened and it not being purchased in the store but online. They don’t carry this item in their store. 1000.00 mistake.

I have ordered this product 3 times and Best Buy has later cancelled my order 3 times and claimed it is out of stock. Stop letting me order it if it's out of stock! I basically just hate Best Buy right now

System turns on. Goes to wifi screen …. Then wont hook up to the wifi no matter if it is 5g or 2g. I have reatsrted it and re booted it and nkthing changes

Its a good idea but its has 1 major flaw its only has 2gigs of ram witch makes it useless for adding more games in the future.
