I usually am hesitant about getting annual software subscriptions, but this one is the exception. There are enough licenses available to me, so I use this on my desktop, laptop and tablet. OneDrive storage is great because I can access my files from multiple devices. Excel works well enough for vacation planning and tracking. Word is super-helpful for stuff I create for church and our annual Christmas letter. Adding pictures to documents is easy and intuitive. I really never cared for Publisher, so I won't miss that when it goes away this year.

Very reliable product. With the yearly subscription I am always up to date with productivity software.

We purchased two items and were given a bit of a discount. The only critisism I might have is that the charge for shipping one of the items to our home and the installation were tacked on without asking me if I wanted it. I certainaly could have come to the store to pick up the item rather than paying $40 to have it shipped. To BestBuy's credit I was credited the $40 after the item was installed.

I use it for work everyday. It has been a reliable product to use and easy to learn.

I’m very pleased with all aspects of the Microsoft 360 suite of apps. I have used the product for several years, both in my business and personal spheres. I have never been disappointed in “360’s” performance.

Microsoft is very easy to use. Use for my word documents, spread sheets with my excel. Defender works great also. Everything just comes in handy.

I have been using Microsoft 365 for several years now. It meets almost all office documentation and communication needs. It is now AI powered and further enhanced. I highly recommend for any office workers.

365 Family Yearly Subscription works well for the work we need to do as a retired couple. The automatic renewal makes it easy to keep this product up-to-date and we don't need to worry about renewal dates!

Have been the family version of 0365 has definitely been helpful with 4 laptops. There are more applications than we use regularly it is great to have them when the need arises. Word is the most used application but Outlook and PowerPoint are also in play. If you need a system I do recommend it.

I have had issues trying to use the Excell program, it always requests a subscription each time I try to open it up. I am not sure why that is, however once I get in it works, well.

I wish there was some way not to pay this yearly fee, but I am using this one software on three of my computers, which two of them are my computers along and the other one is my wife's.

Microsoft 365 is useful for so many needs. I use for my small business to keep track of expenses and income in Excel and then Word is great for all my communication needs.

I had Best Buy install Microsoft 365 a number of years ago and have always been pleased with the program and the ease in renewing through Best Buy’s annual renewal notice.

It is so convenient to subscribe once (and renew once annually) to have the latest Microsoft suite of programs up-to-date on all of my devices and my family's devices. This is such an improvement from having to purchase and update software separately on every device -- and these Microsoft programs are still the best productivity and presentation software I have used in my home and work.

Microsoft 365 works smoothly and is easy to use across devices. The apps are reliable, cloud features are convenient, and it’s worth the price for everyday productivity.

I’ve been a member of 365 Microsoft annual subscription and I love it. Love the fact that my programs are always up to date and I love that even if I’m not near my computer I can download and access my files on the phone app. Would definitely recommend it.

Had to get Microsoft 365 when I needed to create official documents while going through a custody battle. Could easily , create, share and collaborate with everyone I needed to with speed. I was starting over so having access to resume templates and financial templates with excel allowed me to create everything I needed quickly. I can log in anywhere and email anything with outlook with ease. Worth the money
