There isn't a geek squad at the store we originally started with. They quit doing it. The store in Conroe requires an appointment and when you call in trying to get an appointment you get put on hold for a long time.

I hate Microsoft, fortunately the Geek Squad is there to help me figure out how to make it work. It it were not for them, I would go computer-less.

I don't agree with paying yearly subscription. I don't use it, but to continue access my very old documents, I have to buy this. Years ago, we used to buy it one time loaded on our computer and it was good forever. I can't really answer the rest of your optional questions, they don't actually pertain to my use of product. It is a good product if you use it all the time. I just don't have any use for it, except to access very old documents. I only recommend this product if you use it daily. It is a good office product.

not worth the money, it should be included in the tech support. When I first purchased tech support it was included, years later they started charging for it.

Best Buy's Geek Squad wouldn't reinstate protections on thousands of dollars of electronic purchases because due to medical conditions and surgeries I didn't renew after doing that for years. I bought a new computer and found out that I didn't have it, so immediately paid the bill. I was suppose to be contacted by a supervisor, but nothing was done.

Never lets me in or allows me to share with family. Been going on for years. I get charged for 2 accounts and cannot use any. Help.

I did not authorize you to charge my card. I have tried getting in contact with someone about these charges. Still, no one has contacted me or refunded my card.

This was automatically charged to two of my credit cards including Best Buy without any prenotice of this charge. Wish I would have purchased the non subscription form of Office which is what I was going to do when this came up for renewal however now I have to deal with this autocharge which is showing up under two credit cards.

No other options for Microsoft word etc. How can one even compare. No competition really!

Customer support is lacking. Too hard to get answers.

Takes a super long time to upload. Too many pop ups trying to add to our system. Takes so long I have time to go to my kitchen and make a cup of coffee.

Does not work as well as I would like. Also, I miss the simplicity of buying and using this product, rather than having to subscribe. Also, Google products are much easier to use.

This program sucks and worse no one from Microsoft will help you even if you prove you bought the program from them. Best Buy says save UR $$

Its ok but why didn't you provide prior notification of the purchase? I would like the option of paying for it another way or stopping the purchase.

I didn't want to renew this. We no longer have the computer that this was installed on and I don't have a need for it anymore.

I do not like the copilot. It is very irritating. And not helpful.

they re-upped the account without my knowledge. they don't cover didly squat anymore. i cancelled immediately when I saw i t.
