Very very sad....

I was emailed one price and later charged another. When I called to inquire.....conveniently no supervisors were on duty. Then I called back a day later and they stated there were upgrades......I took it off of auto renewal....Be Cautious!!!

Microsoft cannot leave well enough alone

When will companies learn to leave well enough alone? We would be happy to pay more for a real, complete version we don't have to update each year. Guess they have nothing better to do than mess with people?

WHY AM I PAYING!!

It is outrageous that I have to pay for the same product I have used for years and years. I paid for the product when I first bought a computer. Now I am paying FOR LIFE!!! NOT HAPPY.

BestBuy service & credit card down hill.

I’d never used the Product but BestBuy charged me $12.11 for cancellation. BestBuy services have gone down hill and I sm cancelling my credit card.

Yearly subscription Microsoft 365

I don't use it, but to continue access my very old documents, I have to buy this. Years ago, we used to buy it one time loaded on our computer and it was good forever. I can't really answer the rest of your optional questions, they don't actually pertain to my use of product. It is a good product if you use it all the time. I just don't have any use for it, except to access very old documents. I only recommend this product if you use it daily. It is a good office product.
