Every year this keeps getting renewed. Ever year I go through the process of trying to leave because I found a deal that is better. If you try to use the website, it’ll take you to a link that doesn’t work. If you call the number that is also listed, you will be placed in a queue that will eventually hang up on you. If you go by an actual store, no one is able to help; they only recommend the website and phone number. This is a trap.

I never give negative reviews, this is a necessary exception. Why is getting the Product Key nearly impossible? The phone chat was no help. The online chat also gives the run around. Currently waiting for latest Agent transfer. I have been on annual subscription payment for years. Now that I am trying to add a new computer, I can not access the required product key. Can not fathom reason for making the access code invisible to consumer. Will not be renewing next year. If needed to update will buy a physical copy so the product key is always there.

Cost keep raising every year since we purchased it.

Outlook remains buggy after years of development. Classic Outlook handles multiple email addresses well but doesn't refresh correctly. New Outlook doesn't handle my business email accounts at all. Word fortunately remains stable. It is still better than its competitors.

Family 365 does offer a good value for multiple users...I question the cost going up $30.00 - seems like quite a price jump - as bad as health care costs Shame on you !

It works OK but the AI content gets in the way. Rating it as average because it seems that's what there is.

The product, Microsoft Office 365, is excellent. My problem is how Best Buy handled my subscription. I usually get great service from Best Buy, so I want to give feedback so they can improve to their usual high standards. I bought a Microsoft 365 subscription through Best Buy a few years ago and have had automatic renewal annually since. This year, Microsoft CANCELLED my subscription. I could not access my Word, Excel, Powerpoint, or other documents. They said to reinstate I had to pay Microsoft immediately and directly, so I did, using another credit card. BEST BUY STILL CHARGED ME FOR THIS YEAR'S MICROSOFT 365 SUBSCRIPTION, although they did not provide it. I am disputing the charge. Please resolve this issue and resume your usual high quality service.

I think this is too expensive. I hardly use it. I think once you pay for it you shouldn't have to pay any more

Not really sure this product is worth the money it costs. Problem is you pretty much have to have it if you have windows.

Had to reinstall the software. Extra programs were removed from subscription. Only using word and excel.

Not really getting a lot of use out of it. For son use in college. Not really relevant in our lives.

It is a little frustrating to use, I liked the old version better.

No problems with renewal. Did noT receive an invoice for taxes. If I would receive invoice then I would raise rating.

I despise having to buy an ONLINE version of what was originally a nice easy product. Microsoft has over complicated the office package with Subscription requirements just to scam the customers
