Total Best Buy Membership is definitely worth it because of all the benefits that come with it. The membership basically pays for itself because of the 2 yr warranty coverage. It’s really a bargain if you are planning on buying several items from Best Buy.

Best Buy always reminds me when my yearly payment is due and this forgetful person needs the reminder in order to prevent my subscription from being cancelled. Then, if I don't cancel, my payment is taken out automatically. Easy pezy. If I have any problems with the software, Geek Squad will help me. This product allows us to work on the pc for business and personal projects.

Works as it should. I don’t use Powerpoint. I do like word and excel. I have been using them for years. One Drive is hard to find documents on. It saves too many and I have to keep turning it off.

The renewal process through Best Buy was very easy. Microsoft 365 works as expected. It's the standard office suite, and everything is running fine after the renewal.
