I was grateful that Best Buy reached out to me, to let me know that it was time to renew my subscription. Doing this avoided any confusion when I was charged and it allowed me to decide if I wanted to renew it, without the service just getting cut off or charging me without my knowledge.

Does everything I expected it to do plus has a host of additional opportunities

The plan 365 subscription has helped my family a whole lot. with high schoolers and others in college to be able to share this subscription with them and for them to accomplished what they are and to go forth and do great things.

We have been happy with Microsoft 365 and the auto renewal option makes sure we don't miss access. I've used Office for decades. Having auto save is very useful, and automatically being updated is wonderful.

Have had this product Microsoft 365 Family plan for several years now. Would not do without it, it meets all our needs.

Works as it should. I don’t use Powerpoint. I do like word and excel. I have been using them for years. One Drive is hard to find documents on. It saves too many and I have to keep turning it off.

My family has enjoyed uaing this product and it has been super helfuly for ny work and mu kids school work.

Family friendly, very easy to use, my family can use it on their computers as well. the Power point, Excels are good tools, and Words are excellent for my Administration role in the church.

My yearly Microsoft 365 subscription from Best Buy makes my renewal process a breeze. Best Buy always reminds me when my yearly payment is due and this forgetful person needs the reminder in order to prevent my subscription from being cancelled. Then, if I don't cancel, my payment is taken out automatically. Easy pezy. If I have any problems with the software, Geek Squad will help me. I appreciate all of the help that Best Buy offer to their customers. I love using Microsoft 365 and I recommend it as a helpful tool for your projects.
