Customer service was great in getting the Microsoft Office 365 set up for us on the phone. Very polite and patient with me in going thru the process of set up. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get office.

Windows is a MUST for me. I love Excel for budgeting. Word for basic documents. PowerPoint for quick easy presentations. It is so user friendly and simple.

You don't realize how much you need it, until that moment when you need it. Then you say "whew", so glad i have it.

I love the customer facing team members at the quakertown, pa location. I had to go in the store multiple times this past year and they di not disappoint. Very friendly and helpful. The way it should be but so often is not. Its why i keep renewing my service agreement. Thank you, BestBuy!!!!
