The sales rep was very helpful on helping me and my wife pick between two choices. The main point was that he hardly has seen Insignia's come back for problems. So far it has been a great TV for the bedroom. We mainly use it with a Tivo and it works great.

We went out on a limb and got this one and have been very pleased. Excellent picture, very good sound, and even after adding Google cast, it's was still cheaper and larger than the brand name, smaller, smart TV.
