Initially, I was reluctant to purchase this television, but I was reassured after reading the reviews. The purchase was for my daughter's first apartment. She is totally satisfied with the television set; she was impressed with the picture which is comparable to the Samsung which we currently have.

Purchased for my daughter the size is awesome, she had a 27 in. No this one extra special, she can play her XBox games and enjoy Netflix too. After reviewing several thsi was thr best size, options and look for the price, plus it has a remote that allows you to change the television channels. Great Buy..

I bought this product for my mother. She is nearly 80 and is pretty much home bound so television is a large part of her world. This product's picture provides a very realistic view of the world. The only drawback I have is the sound quality. I feel this would be the only improvement that needed to be made.

Excellent size & quality for the price. Even without using an HD cable box...picture is crisp, vivid & sound is great too. *Also purchased the larger wall mount bracket, which swings out away from wall & tilts. Bracket costs almost as much as the tv, but very well worth it!!

This TV has a great picture. I hooked my Fire TV stick up to t and a sound bar and it's awesome... I would recommend this TV over more pricey TV's. There is always free fire TV stick promo's from the streaming companies.

I needed three new TV's and I didn't want to spend a lot on them. The Insignia televisions I bought were better than expected! I love them. I got a little one, a medium one, and a larger one. The picture is better than the big screen Toshiba I used to have. I am very happy with my purchase.

We purchased this TV for our covered patio. I know it isn't an outdoor television, but we have had it up for about 6 months now and it is working out great!! You can't beat the price either! Insignia has been a reliable brand for us and we would purchase this set again!

Have to admit I hadn't heard of this brand so I was a little leary about purchasing it. But the price fit my wallet so I took the plunge and bought it. I'm impressed. Better volume than my Samsung tv. The picture is very clear. I wasn't disappointed. Would definitely buy another.

Bought this tv to replace a 32 inch that had died. I bought this tv on sale. I have never purchased an Insignia before but I have been satisfied with the picture and sound. Had great service at Best Buy in deciding which tv to purchase. I would not hesitate to buy another Insignia.

We purchased this tv for our 91 year old aunt! Perfect for what she needed! Had to hook up with composite connection[red-yellow-white] no wires were supplied. The only bummer was the cable provided wire from comcast had a long neck on it and wouldn't screw into back properly.

I was looking for a basic TV for bedroom that was around 40 inches. This one came up as a mother's day special and filled the need very well. The picture is very good and sharp. the sound is a little week but that's the case for most flat screens. I would but again and would recommend.

Unfortunately, I had an accident and destroyed my 39 inch Samsung. Another 39 in Samsung was out of Budget for me at the time so I decided to try the Insigna. The picture is great and the set up was easy. It also has a better stand then the Samsung, and I am loving it.

Bought this TV for my 12 yr old to play video games on. First one I got home and inner screen was broke. Took back and exchanged for another that is perfect. He loves having a larger TV to play games on. Had it about 2 months and no complaints yet. Great picture.

Bought this TV for a bedroom. Great deal for the money, screen size is perfect too. It is only 720p but that isn't. The only problem I had was the stand was wider than the TV this replaced and didn't fit on the stand I was using so I had to improvise and make it work.

We've been wanting to upgrade to a bigger tv for awhile. We had visited different company websites and considered different brands by ratings and features​. After it was all said and done, we chose the Insigina 39". We enjoy this tv and use it daily in our living room.

Bought this for my college age daughter so that she can watch Netflix, Hulu etc. Without straining her eyes watching on her laptop. It works great with her Roku. And now she can binge watch her shows AND study at the same time. Thinking of getting another one for her brother.
