I have wireless Internet, so for streaming we can't get enough bandwidth for the 1080 pixel, so this TV is perfect and the picture is great. It is very responsive and of course, the size is great for the bedroom or living room.

Wanted to get this as a present for my sister. Arrived ahead of schedule, was simple to set up and she loved it. The price was great as is the quality of the set itself. She was very happy with the picture and the sound quality.

This TV is totally awesome! I would definitely buy another one and from Best Buy. The sales agents were very helpful and patient while I took my time making my decision. Insignia and Best Buy go hand in hand when it comes to excellence.

I saw this TV in my local store, and decided it was just right for my purpose. I needed a cheap TV for the kitchen. I actually preferred the picture on this model to the more expensive one that was supposed to have more pixels.

When I consider what I was buying this tv for, I have zero issues. I bought it to connect a old nintendo up in my child's room. The picture looks good even on HD channels. The audio isn't great, but could easily be remedied by a cheap sound bar.

I bought this because the TV I bought from Sam's Club had horrible sound. This one is perfect for my 2nd home living area. The Sam's Club one, moved to my garage. Should have taken it back though. Price was right and I recommend this for any room.

I was leery about buying this brand for my boys Xbox only I have been very happy with the picture quality and sound. I will be even more happy we get five years out of it. For it's price, I think it's well worth the purchase.

Nothing high end but it gets tbe job done perfectly for a kids or guest room. Picture quality is great for what I paid for it at open item price. Insignia may not have superb picture quality but they are very well built.

This is a great basic TV that has great picture, sound quality, and I have 3 Insignia's at my house for the last 8 years that still work as good as the day that I bought them

Nice TV. Clear picture, easy installation, easy programming. Didn't think picture and functionality would be as good as I was looking for(for the price), but it is!

I was surprised the quality of the TV after i bought it. I was skeptical at first because of the price being so low and it being a birthday present for a family member, but I was impressed and my family member loves it!

Bought this for my son's dorm room after arguing with my wife over this Insignia 39" or a Samsung 32" for the same priceShe thought it was too big for a dorm and asked the salesMAN his opinion. HAHAHAHA.. I have all Samsungs at home but have family members that had this brand for a few years with no problem so i decided to give it a try. The only difference i noticed side by side was that the Samsung was just a little brighter. Upon hook up in my sons room, picture was awesome, menus were straight forward and did not have all the "controls" found on a Samsung, but didn't need any adjusting. Completely happy with this purchase. Only con I could write about is that it only has two HDMI inputs. A streaming device and a Video Game and you're done. Giving it 4 stars for that reason.

I have had several Insignia TVs over the past decade and none of them have failed me. They make excellent gifts and they definitely hold up. If you are looking for something simple and affordable, this is your TV.

Bought this open box TV to replace older TV that did not accommodate a sound bar . Works great and excellent picture for 1080 dpi. No issues and using sound bar for increased sound and bass support. Highly reccommend this unit.

We are very happy with our new television.. It was simple to set up and has a very user friendly remote with easy to follow directions. The picture and sound are both clear and we feel it's been quite a bargain. Thank you!

I PURCHASED THIS tv TO BE A FILL IN AS I OWN 7 OTHER TV'S IN MY HOUSE...ONE OF MY 7 TV;S STOPPED WORKING SO I PURCHASED THIS ONE..AND WE LOVE IT....WE NOW WISH THAT WE HAD PURCHASED ALL INSIGNIA TV's ..WE LOVE IT. !!!

While it is not a 1080p TV, I bought this for the kids play room and their bedrooms, they work great for that and it doesn't cost an arm and leg to replace when they get messed up. Put a larger one on the back patio as well.

I bought this set when my TV suddenly died. Lightweight and it was easy to mount on the wall. I know previous reviews complained about the sound quality but the sound is just fine. Good pic, good price, I am satisfied.
