4-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement - I ALWAYS get Geek Squad protection! Between Total Home and Geek Squad Protection, I have it made!

I love the Geek Squad, they get me in and out fast!

Have not use it because I got a very good item , but sure the company will make it up to me if need it.

This was intalled on device. I recommend that you purchase this for any product that you purchase which you have the option to purchase it.

Good for the money but the real test will be when I have an issue with it. To make a better protection plan, best buy should offer at least a one year extention as the 2 year plan is up.

Buying the replacement is very worth it when it comes to peripherals like mouses and headphones, make sure you get it because you use those devices everyday and they break and wear out!

It's a great thing to have Evan if you don't use it. Most of what I have bought has been great and lasted longer then expected. But the couple times I needed it,it was there for me and no hassels

Always promptly answers questions. Customer support team is nice and appears to be familiar with questions and concerns when asked .

These folks really know their job and i usually don't even need to take my computer to the store. And they can even solve an issue when I'm not even sitting by my computer!! Well worth the price!

So far have not had to use this program. Hopefully I won’t have to anytime soon

My printer died and Geek Squad replaced it no problem, Of course I had replacement warranty, but I didn't get hassled, just was able to pick out another printer.

Protection Plan is always a best practice. I haven't had to use it but from previous other purchases I have found the plan to be helpful.

The Geek Squad Product Replacement Plans are the best money You can spend have used it for years and this plan from them would be the only one I would used it is great and the geeks are great

Had to return the keyboard because one of the keys was defective and kept sticking. Only had it a couple of months and thought the product warrantee covered a full exchange. Geek Squad prorated the coverage so there was a charge. However the service at the store was excellent and getting a replacement was easy :)

Very pleased with the quality and performance of this printer. It was an unbelievable bargain and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone I know.

Bought these as Christmas Gifts. Goid investment. Enjoy it everyday. Son use it to watch movies on his phone.

Okay to have on hand when needed. Bought it for my grandma’s laptop. But we never used it coz she passed already and nobody’s using her laptop anymore

I can't think of a time I have had to use one of these services. The stuff been well made and worked well until way past the warranty date. I still recommend it.

In my opinion, HP printer tend to break easily. This plan allowed me to get a new one at no hassle.

Best buy is good with returning or repairing there items at times only had one incident where i had to get loud to get stuff done properly
