I don't buy anything without this protection. It is so worth the money to know that if I have something stop working or something to cause my equipment to quit working.

Always very helpful, they explain what can and cannot be done.

Fortunately I have not had to use the Geek Squad service recently, but every past interaction has been pleasant and effective.

It's great to have Geek protection to those product which are likely to have an issue with software. You never know when software stop working. I bought it and used it without any issue.

Due to Covid I have not exercised this service warranty. I plan to because the electronic item is giving error messages from time to time.

have only ever had one problem with the geek squad and that was years ago when they were first starting. They have knowledgable people, and they stand behind the protection replacement.

I purchased a router and had nothing but trouble with it. Returned it twice and finally just gave it back. If it wasn't for this I would lost my mind!!

I was very glad to know that my Geek Squad coverage covered/replaced hard drive/fridge repar/computor repair......I will get this coverage every time !

Haven’t had any problems yet with any of my equipment, so I really cannot post a rating yet, until I really use this service. But for this survey I’ll still give her the five stars.

Gotta Luv It. No dealing with the manufacturer. Just bring it back to Best Buy any time during the extended warranty period. A No-Brainer.

It's a great replacement plan Geek Squad is great always are helpful and yes you have any problems they fix it or replace it

I live in the hills so their ability to fix my computer at home from their store is wonderful. They are patient with my non-knowledge of computers.

Although I didn't think I really needed it, I decided to buy protection just in case. Turns out it came in quite handy. Printer had a glitch and Best Buy swapped unit out with no hassle.

In my opinion i think it worth it’s value just for only very expensive items so in this case it will be a steal deal

The Geek Squad is a great service, especially for someone who has little technical knowledge. They were helpful and fix my problem.
