With this plan it takes the headache out of all my tech issues. When I make my appointment and bring my computer in or set up an appointment for my larger items the Geek Squad always comes through and resolves the issues. The Geek Squad has come along way since the start of the Geek Squad as well as their customer service which is why I renew my service with them!

I would definitely recommend Geek Squad service for printers or any items then allow to get these cloud services it's good for and also the price is just right from from my printer and I would I would recommend it I would get it again as well

If you ever have that "I'm not 100% sure" feeling when buying a product, don't hesitate to front the extra few bucks to purchase the 2-year protection service. The service is phenomenal and has saved me in the past when certain electronics started malfunctioning after an extended period of time.

Knowing that my purchase is protected by such a solid plan gives me peace of mind for any issues that could occur. I haven't needed to use it but the plan covers so much I highly recommend getting on any expensive purchases. Better safe than sorry.

I got this protection plan for my mom's printer I got her as a gift. I am so glad I did because the printer stopped working. She took it in and geek squad located the protection plan in theor system and replaced the printer the same day.

I have always purchased Bestbuy warranty plans with any and everything I purchase whether for my self or as a gift with no issues. Bestbuy really stands behind the products they sell when their warranty is purchased.

My printer was shipped to the house. I needed to bring it in to Best Buy to get it queued up to my computer. They commented that I made a good choice. I lifted the lid to show them that I even decided to pay the 10-$20 more for the scanning part of it… The glass was shattered!! Thank goodness for the product replacement warranty! They disposed of that one and ordered me a new one!

The replacement policy saved me a hundred dollars when my printer died and needed to be replaced.

Helped me with my needs, did a good job, very pleased

I haven't needed them yet and I hope I don't have to. They've always been really good.
