the replacement program is great! i was able to get a full refund from the purchase of my printer on a gift card and apply the credit to something else which is easy since best buy offers a lot.

To date, I have had no problem with the monitor except that the tab over the CD cover came apart months ago, which gives me a problem when I try to download music. I should bring it back.

Basically you pay for the coverage and if something happens to it, best buy replaces it and you can buy the coverage again for the next product. Just like car insurance, an added expense but nice to have when needed.

We can do a lot of “fixes” at home. Having Geek Squad is my back-up pain reliever when my knowledge or available “fix it” time is not enough to resolve an issue. Best deal for the cost!
