SIGNED UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP TO HELP ME WITH MY SCANNING ISSUE WITH MY NEW HP PRINTER. THE GUY DID EVERYTHING I HAD ALREADY DONE AND I TOLD HIM THAT I NEEDED TO SCAN FROM MY HP APP. AFTER SITTING THERE FOR AN HOUR HE SAID OH YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT HP. HE LOADED A SCAN OPTION ON MY COMPUTER WHICH I HAD BEFORE IT WORKED ONE TIME AND NOW WHEN I TRIED TWO DAYS LATER THAT DOESN'T WORK EITHER. I FEEL RIPPED OFF AND MY ISSUE WAS NEVER FIXED. NOW I CAN'T SCAN AND HAVE TO CALL HP IN THE END. I'D REALLY LIKE MY MONEY BACK AS THIS WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I'm a big fan of protecting my investments. Most of the time the little I pay for a protection plan isn't needed but the few times I have needed it, I was thankful I bought it.

I usually do not purchase extended warranties but for my expensive Brother Printer I felt at ease especially for the lost cost for the extra coverage. This is something you hope you never use but peace at mind having!

I purchased the 4 year Geek Squad product replacement plan cause if the printer I purchased fails to operate then I know that I will be able to count on using the product for four years.

Like I said get insurance for gadgets especially if your little ones that gets into everything. It’s a little less frustrating it breaks and geek squad will fix for you .

I have not had to use the replacement plan at all(YET) but i have had BB's Replacement plans before and they have always been great. Geek Squad themselves are extremely knowledgable.

The service was a problem at first. They sent a third party contractor to do the work. They ended up breaking my new 55 inch tv. Geek squad was great and made everything good.

I have yet to use the service but I'm sure it'll be handy in thy future with the kids in the house.

I know that I have the Geek Squad available when needed and that is a comfort for me. I know that my remote is also covered so if something happens to it, I can call for help.

after being in the heat of the car, everything had to be reinstalled. it was an overnight fix and they also installed peripheral software. the Geeksquad took the time to teach me how to navigate my laptop too. No extra charge!

This is a great service for all of any electronic needs. I have had it before and will always renew it. This is a great benefit for any avid Best But Shopper which I am one of. GREAT SERVICES!!!!

I buy replacement on all my electronic purchases, and if you ever have to use it, they are very good about replacing or repairing with no fuss. Worth every penny just for piece of mind.

bought it for the HP printer so far have not used it but I am sure one day it will come in handy.
