- A: AnswerThe internal ink pad may be full. Not much can be done except buy a new printer. Do a page test, and see if you don't get the message re: the ink pad inside, Doubt if it's covered under warranty . Send it back to them and see if they will replace it.

- A: AnswerSounds a sensor may be caught. Even little flecks of torn paper can trigger the sensor. Turn the printer off (maybe unplug it, to be safe) and look into the printer from both the front and back. Thoroughly check the paper path. Use a flashlight if you can. When a paper jam occurs, paper will tear, and some bit might be the culprit. Good luck!

I Heart Geek Squad!
|As the title says! I❤️ Geek squad! My printer did not work out because of constantly going off line and declaring printer jam when there was none…I had the printer 2 months and bought geek squad and soooo glad I bought geek squad! As always with geek squad I was not stuck with a broken product that I hate! I was able to change it for a better printer and pay the difference! I buy geek squad with every purchase because it’s always way way worth it!
