I bought a 2years warranty for the key pad and when it broke i took it back with no question ask they take it back give me my money back and I bought a new one I will recommend the products warranty to others

I recommend people to get this, if you're product is $50 or more. I have went to them a lot of times, even when I have a really small problem. If it's easy, they fix it or you get an option to get in store credit.

All you do is call the Geek Squad number have your online receipt ready and go thru some trouble shooting, if that does not work then take it in get a new one!

9.99 for a 2 year deal? Sign me up. I do wish it would have started after the one year manufacture warranty though. Because they overlap. But at least I won't have to deal with the extra headache if that happens

Haven't had to use it yet but for the price I thought it was a great option to have a backup. I purchased it when I bought my HP printer.

The 2-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement should definitely be purchased when buying a printer, as the quality of printers have noticeably DECREASED in recent years.

I appreciate being able to purchase additional warranty on products purchased at Best Buy. Gives me peace of mind. And the staff is always helpful.

Good to have a piece of mind knowing there’s a replacement if needed and Bestbuy standing next to there word.

This I have not needed to use at this time, but it is a good safety net. I've been happy know I have some kind of decent replacement warranty if, it was needed.

Wireless and I like the option on the side of the headphones to mute and turn off. Feels good and comfortable but for a larger person and had to return since did not fit well on my teenager.

Worth the purchase. Great service when needed. Used for several products purchased at Best Buy. Geek Desk help in store very friendly and effective.

This is one of the best "insurances" ever. I am very comfortable knowing I can always rely on the Geeks to help me with my computers, etc.

Always get best buy warranty, it has helped me alot, don't forget that prices do go up and down sometimes during the warranty period. don't get mad at the customer service employye because of your ignorance.

...perhaps one day I'll find out if the two year geek squad product replacement product is truly worth it, for now I haven't had anything fail on me.
