Have not had to use this so far but it’s always great to have and have never had a problem when I’ve used others before.

I highly recommend purchasing the Geek Squad Product Replacement warranty. They even installed my printer onto my laptop for me. And they are very helpful when you have questions.

Luckily I never had to use this, but it was nice to have as a back up!

They arrived at the appointed time and did a excellent job of installing all the equipment, and explained how to use the may features.

When I buy a expensive product that offers extended warranties I often buy them You never know when you'll need it. I would definetly reocommend buying it.

Always get the warranty. You can exchange for a new device if something was to happen to your device.

One of the many, many reasons that I go to Best Buy for computers is Geek Squad and their warranties. I love knowing that my computer is covered for 3 whole years!

They check and replace the items very fast so I don't need to wait for the product"s company approval to replace the item.

You hope you never break your electronic stuff or some critical component fries out on you, but if it does, you can be assured that B.B. will replace it with a new one.
