I have had the printer for 10 months. It works well. However, it is very bulky. Unless you need to print 11x14 pages, chose the smaller model. For ink, don't be fooled by buying the XL and XLL cartridges.

Thought when getting this. I would at least get assistance installing if need and troubleshooting. Nope. First you can’t get a hold of store, 2 no one will call you back. You get routed all over the place and no help unless you go into store. How is going into store going to help me get this all working with my system in my office.

I always have great results with anything the Geek Squad does for me, they are the best thing that Best Buy has, it makes shopping at Best Buy a no brainer.

I bought this to replace an HP printer that had cartridges for which I could no longer get replacements. I chose this printer for the tank refill feature. Unfortunately, the print quality is significantly lower than that of the old HP, and the price is significantly higher. I use my printer to print business cards for my home-based business, and the print quality is just not there. Disappointed.
