I purchased this printer a year ago and used it only a few times and it’s already broken. Not sure how a printer that’s barely been used is broken. Don’t buy.

My experience with Geek Squad was bad. I felt like I was imposing on the technician. I did not feel like the customer.

As a teacher with zero access to cardstock and color ink, I bought this in hopes to save money from personal funds. I'm tech savvy and this printer is awful! No set up options from the printer and will NOT print cardstock from the cassette. The printing process is laborious. I have an HP Envy and grew tired of paying high costs for constant cartridges but it least it's a powerhouse that's very user friendly.

I would give a 0 star If I could. Printer was great but after few month of use it will stop connect to the wifi which makes it not able to print anything. Now it's just sitting there useless and bestbuy will not honor their warranty.

This is the worst printer I've ever owned, even counting the ones I had in the 90s. Biggest piece of junk ever. Color printing is not even close to accurate and it can only scan one paper without jamming. Awful printer.

HP sucks. Period. Just once I'd like a printer that simply prints.

my purchase shows up as being purchased both online and at store however was never activated on my account so useless just spent hour online just shuffle department to department until someone dropped the call on their end

20 days out of the return period this printer went crazy and died. It is a cheap piece of plastic. Take my warning and do not buy this printer. You don't want to be "stuck" with a faulty piece of equipment.

I bought a new printer and a two year product replacement warranty Printer is defective so I called for them to come here and fix or replace. Confirmation email states $49.99 charge I paid to extend the warranty but now I'm charged for service? The manufacturer would do so for free The printer was about that price on sale.

I Did not authorize this purchase cause i had nothing to go with it. That being said I always buy This protection with everything from best buy because it a great service.

So the plan's count down starts as soon as you buy it. Unlike other warranties that kick in after the mfg warranty expires.

This service installed a large tv in our recreation room. The gentleman was very pleasant and informative.

after I set it up I literally printed 3 pgs and now I have to replace black ink
