I have only had to use the warranty once but it was no hastle at all!

I never thought I'd be writing a review for a warranty, but here I am. Let me tell you, this thing is better than a bodyguard. I accidentally dropped my phone in the toilet (don't ask) and thought it was done for. But thanks to this warranty, I was able to get it fixed for free. And when I say fixed, I mean it was like new. It was so good, I almost wanted to drop it in the toilet again just to see if they could fix it twice. But seriously, this warranty is a lifesaver. It's like having a superhero on speed dial. So if you're clumsy like me or just want some extra peace of mind, get this warranty. It's worth every penny. And who knows, maybe you'll even start dropping your phone on purpose just to test it out. Don't worry, I won't judge

I haven’t used the warranty just yet but if anything goes wrong with the printer i just take it back to the store and they give me a new one

Always have peace of mind with GS service. I always get the GS Protection Package when buying expesive electronics.

I haven't had to use it yet but it's nice knowing it's there if I need it. Great piece of mind.

Love the fact that Best Buy has an option to purchase merchandise protection. Important especially when it’s for electronic investments.

I bought a new laptop at Best Buy (Iove it!) and was concerned about transferring everything from my old PC. So I purchased the Geek Squad package to have them do that for me. All appeared well . . . but then I found out I lost my email contacts and my printer drive was gone. PS - I was going to provide this in my Geek Squad feedback survey but it expired (after 14 days) before I got around to it (23 days - my bad)

Within an hour it was determined the problem was hardware.
