It was a great idea to grab this 4 year warranty for an outdoor product that will have wear and tear from the outside environment.

I have had to used them 2-4 times and they either exchange for same item or you can get another item with store credit

I get the Geek Squad plan on most items that I get at Best Buy if it is over $100 or something I think may break in a year. It has saved me many times.
